The former ITV studio based in South Bank, London, will be redeveloped.

This is an exciting new project for the main contractor, Multiplex who will be demolishing the building and turning it into a mixed-use development, (the story of many London redevelopments).
It is estimated to cost a whooping £500 million, and is being designed by Make Architects. If you are one of the lucky ones who find yourself residing in the redevelopment, you could have a balcony which overlooks the Thames.
The new scheme 72 Upper Ground, is planned to be 25 story's, with a public rooftop restaurant and terrace so you can expect spectacular views over London.
The ambitious development has of course put sustainability at the core, and will be electric and fossil-fuel free. If that wasn't impressive enough, the project also includes an abundance of green spaces to enhance biodiversity as well as reduce CO2 levels.
This project is planned to complete in 2029, and we can't wait to see the finished development!
